"Sundance Tundra"

Title: Sundance Tundra Location: Chapin Pass, Rocky Mountain National Park
Image #: 1502 Date: September 13, 2010
Camera: Canon 5D Mark ii Notes: I thought that I had left in plenty of time to catch sunrise but the show all happened during the half hour before sunrise. I just managed to catch this amazing light on Sundance Mountain which made the orange tundra glow. Just a couple of minutes later the world returned to a flat gray.
