"Dusky Grouse"
Fern Lake Trail, Rocky Mountain National Park
While hiking back to Bear Lake from Lake Helen I found this grouse sitting next to the trail. He stopped and posed for me for a little while before resuming his walk in the woods. I don't normally see very many grouse so I was quite surprised to run into another one again later that same day.
