"Spring on the Big Thompson"

Moraine Park is one of my favorite locations in June. It comes to life with vibrant greens while the mountains are still covered in a blanket of snow. The Big Thompson river runs at full force overflowing its banks and singing a deep but joyful sound as it begins its journey east out into the plains. In the larger prints you can see a herd of elk below the big tree, enjoying the beginning of this beautiful June morning. Spring in Moraine is its most special time.
