"Half Mountain Sentinels"

Heavy clouds covered the mountains this morning completely obscuring them. There was however a break on the eastern horizon so I headed up to an overlook which would provide a good view to the east. The trail was covered in deep snow making the route a little challenging. When the sun finally rose, it set the clouds on fire, providing quite a show. This tree served as a nice foreground with Half Mountain in the background.
