"Cloudy Sunrise from Flattop"
Flattop Mountain, Rocky Mountain National Park
I hiked up to the top of Flattop early hoping to shoot the changing tundra at sunrise. Clouds were thick below me with little chance of getting the light I wanted. As I looked out to the north east over Moraine Park and Beaver Meadows there was a nice glow of pink in the sky which looked good next to the hilltops above the clouds.
